If you are selling in Saint-Laurent

  • Tell your property type apart: the dynamics of a house and a condo are very different.
  • For a condo, plan for a longer timeline (75 days on average) and look at how many similar listings are active.
  • For a house, do not let a fast average reassure you about the price: it must be supported by recent comparable sales.
  • Prepare your file before going to market: certificate of location, renovation invoices and, for a condo, the co-ownership documents.

For a reading of your property, our team prepares a valuation based on real comparable sales. You can start it online or call us at 514-700-1221.

If you are buying in Saint-Laurent

  • For a condo, choice is wide and times to sell are longer: compare buildings (condo fees, contingency fund, meeting minutes) before prices.
  • For a house, properties sell faster: have your financing and criteria ready before visiting.
  • Support your offer with recent comparable sales rather than a fixed percentage discount.
